Terms of Service

1. About the candidate panel

This candidate panel is operated by FIVE CITY. It collects additional information from invited candidates for administrator and leader positions. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By using the panel, you agree to these terms.

Administrator applications are currently open to invited candidates. The leader questionnaire is not yet open. An invitation or submitted application does not guarantee an interview, appointment, payment, or any other outcome.

2. Eligibility and account access

Use your own Discord account. You must be a member of the designated FIVE CITY Discord server and have active access assigned by the team for the relevant position. Membership alone does not grant access. Administrator candidates must meet the stated minimum age of 16 and all other requirements communicated by the team.

Discord is a separate service with its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. FIVE CITY is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Discord. We never ask for your Discord password.

The team may disable access. Doing so does not erase previously saved answers or screenshots; contact us if you need help with your personal information.

3. Drafts and final submission

Your draft is saved to the server while you complete the form. Check the save indicator before leaving the page. Unsaved changes may also be kept temporarily in your browser tab for recovery. Changing the website language does not translate or replace your answers.

Each Discord account may submit one final application for each assigned position. Required questions and any required screenshots must be completed before submission. Review your answers carefully: submitted answers and files cannot be edited through the panel, including by the review team.

An application is received only when the server confirms that it has been saved. If your connection is interrupted, sign in again and check its state before retrying. Repeated submission attempts do not create another application.

This final-submission rule does not override any rights you may have under applicable law to request access, correction or deletion of personal data.

4. Your answers and screenshots

Provide truthful information about your experience and explain your views in your own words. If you report previous administration experience, you must attach at least one in-game screenshot showing that work. Submitting an explanation instead of screenshots does not satisfy this requirement.

Upload only screenshots you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, access tokens, unrelated private conversations, or unnecessary personal details about other people. Files must be PNG, JPEG or WebP images, within the limits shown in the form.

You retain your rights in your materials. You permit FIVE CITY to store, view and make internal copies or exports of them for reviewing your application and operating this process. The panel does not publish your application or use your answers to automatically approve or reject you.

5. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, fabricate evidence, bypass access checks, access other candidates’ records, upload harmful material, overload the service, or attempt to compromise its operation. Report security issues privately to contact@five.city.

6. Availability and changes

Availability depends on Discord and the infrastructure hosting the panel. The service may be updated, paused or closed. We may restrict access to address abuse or operational issues. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date. For questions, contact contact@five.city.
